Open GI kick off their new financial year with a successful Hybrid event
Event: First Hybrid event for Open GI since Covid
Venue: Sixways Stadium Worcester
Guests: From across the UK, Macedonia and Poland
Mercian Events were approached by Open GI, following a referral from Sixways Stadium, to provide Hybrid facilities for Open GI’s new financial year launch event, their first since the end of the Covid pandemic. Mercian Events had two weeks’ notice of this event but we were only too happy to assist such a prestigious Worcester company. Within a few days of notification Mercian Events had everything in place, ready for this event to take place.
Open GI held a morning and afternoon session at Sixways Stadium with approximately 120 employees attending each session. In the morning, via Hybrid technology, Open GI invited guests from all over the UK, Macedonia and Poland to join the session. The Hybrid connection worked well at all levels and was appreciated by al involved. The afternoon session was for Open GI’s UK employees only: –
