We do not hold any payment information such as credit cards details. If payments are needed from event attendees these are managed by a third party such as Eventbrite.

To securely manage our operations and data, we utilise reputable third-party service providers including, but not limited to:
• Xero Accounting – for secure financial record-keeping and invoicing
• Eventbrite – for event registration and ticketing
• Western Secure Server – for secure web and data hosting
These providers operate in accordance with GDPR and implement high standards of data security and privacy protection. Personal data shared with them is limited to what is necessary for their function and is processed under strict confidentiality.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on secure servers within the UK, USA or EEA, or with third parties that meet adequacy standards for data protection. We do not store personal data on local devices unless absolutely necessary, and any such data is protected using strong encryption and access control measures.

We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required to comply with legal obligations (e.g., financial records retention). After this period, data is securely deleted.
