For the past five years we have been closely involved with this important event handling all the AV, lighting, sound, graphics, staging, event set, multimedia and providing the skilled project managers and technical staff to operate the equipment on the night. The access to the venue from the carpark involves walking through a passage way, therefore to assist the guests we lit the walkway with LED lighting and large LED flat screen monitors depicting the event on their screens, welcoming guests to the awards evening.
This annual occasion attracts representatives from across the Worcestershire County including the NHS, Worcestershire Growth Hub, Worcestershire LEP, Sanctuary Housing Group, Redspeed International, Worcester Bosch, Yamazaki Mazak, Worcester University, FAUN Zoeller (UK), Worcestershire County Council and many other important employers. Mercian Events is employed by Opening Doors & Venues, an agency with whom we have a long-standing relationship over many years, they have staged this event on behalf of Worcestershire County Council on many occasions, needless to say they are always a pleasure to work with.
