Exhibition stand – Solis

Event: Solar & Storage Live Exhibition 2022
Budget: £20,000
Audience Size:
4,000 Visitors
Venue:
Hall 3 NEC Birmingham

During the summer of 2022 we were asked by a leading event agency in Bristol to provide concept designs for their client’s exhibition stand at the prestigious energy exhibition Solar & Storage Live which took place in October this year at the NEC. We provided a number of designs to fulfil this brief, these included the use of a large 86” led monitor, a number of vertically mounted 60” led monitors, two 32” touch screens, an integrated Audio System with fifteen silent Seminar RF headsets. Upon acceptance of our submissions we set about organising the construction of the exhibition stand and it’s integral led and audio-visual components.

We mounted a LG professional 4k LED 86” monitor into one wall of the stand, this provided all the visuals for a silent presentation given by Solis every 60 minutes using the RF Seminar headsets, by using the headsets interested visitors to the stand were able to hear the presentations clearly. At either side of the exhibition stand we encased two 32” touch screen monitors to provide visitors with a conceptional video game they could participate in, explaining the use and application of the company’s products. We also mounted two 60” LED monitors vertically within purposed built cabinets to display the application as well as a leader board to display the high scores from each visitor for the game.

Key Elements:

  • Start to Finish Exhibition Stand Design/Build
  • Incorporating the latest LED monitor technology
  • Use of Touch Screens for inhouse video game
  • Constant communication with Client
  • Full surveillance of all on-show tech during show
  • Full Audio System and use of Silent Headsets
