Event: Horse Race Film Night

A client recently asked us to provide a series of Horse Racing evenings to entertain their guests over the course of twelve weeks with an average of 60 guests attending each event. The party of guests who came from areas throughout the UK and Ireland, spent the day at the client’s factory, followed by an evening meal at a top restaurant with the Horse Race Films as the main source of entertainment. These events proved so popular the client asked for a further five evenings during October.
For our Horse Racing events we provided the most important element “The Compere” a charismatic individual who immediately relates with the guests and involves them with the evening’s entertainment. All the Horse Race Films can be displayed on one or a number of flat screen LED monitors ranging from 55” to 86” or projected on to larger screens. To support the Compere, we supply additional members of staff who handle the betting slips, and the hand out of the winnings to the lucky guests. The audio comes via a high-quality sound system and is also available for background music and announcements. We have a large selection of films covering many races, so none are repeated for individual clients. This is ideal for entertainment, fundraising and charities.
