We are a leading conference and events company providing complete up to date Audio Visual solutions for every occasion, we look after and take full responsibility for all the technical aspects for Live events, in fact all you will ever need for a successful event.
Our path into the live events business began over 40 years ago and stems from the development of our AV Hire business to Hotels, Venues, Companies, Businesses, Local and National Government departments, Associations and Societies, Clubs and the local community and being centrally located and based in the Midlands we have great access to all main UK motorway networks.

Our services range from a simple projector hire, through a full conference concept to a permanent installation and on-site management. Cutting edge technology backed by fully trained and motivated technicians, enable Mercian Events to make your ideas a reality.
All the events we undertake on behalf of our clients is one large team effort.
Every job starts with the selection of a project manager who is then dedicated to that event. They will work directly with the client on a one to one basis preparing a detailed brief. From that brief, the project manager will work with our design team to prepare bespoke designs and 3D Cad concepts.
Once the project manager has approved at least three different designs for the client to consider, they will then work with the costings department to finalize a quotation. The actual event itself then requires the project manager to work closely with the conference technicians selected for that event ensuring that your :
